What you are authorising

This is a recurring payment. Read these terms before you tap authorise. They are the same terms shown inside the UPI or card mandate screen.

Amount each month	₹800, inclusive of ₹122.03 GST. This is also the maximum the mandate allows.
Frequency	Monthly. Charged on the same calendar day you started, or the last day of a shorter month.
First charge	Today, when you authorise. Access starts immediately.
Notice before each charge	A pre-debit notification reaches your UPI app or phone at least 24 hours before each charge, as RBI rules require.
How you pay	UPI AutoPay from any UPI app that supports mandates. If yours does not, a debit or credit card with a recurring mandate. Nothing is charged until you approve the mandate in your app.
How to cancel	Tap the cancel link in any membership email, write to support@ledgerline.co.in, or revoke the mandate in your UPI app. Cancellation stops the next charge. Access continues to the end of the paid month. No partial refunds.
If a charge fails	Retried for up to 7 days. If it still fails, access pauses until payment succeeds. You are not charged for paused time.
Price changes	The amount cannot increase under this mandate. Any change needs a new mandate that you authorise.
Invoices	A GST invoice is emailed for every charge.
