1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Ledgerline Learning Private Limited (“Ledgerline”, “we”), a company incorporated in India with CIN U85499DL2026PTC441870 and GSTIN 07AAGCL4821Q1ZX. 2. What is sold
We sell three things, all delivered online:
- Individual courses. Self-paced video and written lessons, downloadable templates, and exercises, accessed through a private link sent to your email.
- The all-access bundle. Every course in the catalog at the time of purchase, plus any course we add later, for one payment.
- Membership. Access to every course for as long as your monthly payment of ₹800 continues. Membership terms are in section 7.
Each course page states the syllabus, duration, format, level, and price before you buy. Course content is educational material for professionals. It is not legal, tax, or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for your employer’s policies or a regulator’s instructions.
3. Licence
On payment confirmation we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the purchased content for your own professional learning. For individual courses and the bundle the licence lasts for as long as we operate the course, and at least 12 months from purchase. For membership the licence lasts while the membership is active.
You may not:
- share your access link or credentials with anyone else;
- download, record, screen-capture, or redistribute videos or lessons;
- use the content to deliver training to others, paid or unpaid, without our written permission;
- remove copyright notices or present the material as your own.
Templates and worksheets marked “for use at work” may be used and adapted inside your own organisation. The licence for all other material is view-only.
4. Acceptable use
Access links are tied to the email address you gave at checkout. We monitor for shared or resold access. If we find an access link used by multiple people or published anywhere, we may revoke access without refund after notifying you at that email address. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content, or interfere with the site.
5. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include Goods and Services Tax at 18%. The GST component is shown separately at checkout and on your invoice. Because the place of supply for an individual buyer is the buyer’s state, we ask for your state at checkout and apply CGST and SGST if you are in Delhi, or IGST otherwise. A GST invoice with a sequential invoice number is emailed with your access link. Prices may change; the price shown when you pay is the price you pay.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India; its name is shown on the payment screen and on your bank statement. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking, and wallets. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. A purchase is complete only when the payment aggregator confirms the payment to us. If a payment is debited but you do not receive an access email within 30 minutes, see our Delivery Policy.
7. Membership
Membership is billed monthly in advance at ₹800, inclusive of GST, through a UPI AutoPay mandate or a card on file, set up through the payment aggregator. The mandate amount is capped at ₹800 per month and the first charge happens when you authorise it. Each following charge falls on the same calendar day each month, or the last day of shorter months. We will not increase the amount without asking you to authorise a new mandate.
You can cancel at any time from the link in any membership email or by writing to support@ledgerline.co.in. Cancellation stops the next charge. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. There is no refund for a partly used month. If a charge fails, the aggregator retries for up to 7 days, after which access pauses until payment succeeds.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. In short: individual courses and the bundle can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, and refunds reach the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
9. Intellectual property
All course material, including video, text, templates, diagrams, and code, is owned by Ledgerline Learning Private Limited or used under licence. Names of card networks, payment systems, regulators, and companies mentioned in the courses belong to their owners and are used only to describe how those systems work.
10. No promised outcomes
We teach how work is done in payment risk, fraud, compliance, and operations teams. We do not promise, imply, or guarantee employment, promotion, certification by any third party, income, or any particular result from taking a course. Any decision you make at work using what you learned is your own and your employer’s responsibility.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the courses available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, correct, or replace lessons as regulations and practice change. If we retire a course you have bought, we will give you at least 90 days’ notice by email and a way to download any templates it includes.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or regulatory penalties, arising from your use of the content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited by contract.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office have jurisdiction, subject to your rights to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Before any formal step, please contact our Grievance Officer; most issues are resolved there.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. Purchases are governed by the terms in force on the day you paid.
