2. What we collect and why

We do not collect your card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or bank login. Those are entered on the payment aggregator’s pages and processed under its own privacy policy. We do not collect date of birth, government id numbers, or precise location. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
3. Who processes data for us
- Payment aggregator (RBI-authorised, India; named on the payment screen): payment processing, refunds, and recurring mandates. It receives your name, email, phone, and the amount.
- Resend, Inc. (United States): sending transactional emails. Receives your email address, name, and the content of the email, which includes your invoice.
- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting this website. Processes server logs.
Emails and hosting involve transfer of your data outside India to countries not restricted by the Central Government under the DPDP Act. We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else, except when required by law or to respond to a payment dispute raised through your bank.
4. How long we keep it
- Invoice records (name, state, email, amount, payment ids): as long as GST and Income Tax law require, currently at least 6 years after the end of the financial year of the sale.
- Email address linked to an access link: for as long as your access is valid, then 12 months.
- Server logs: 30 days.
- Support conversations: 24 months after the last message.
5. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been processed;
- ask us to correct or complete it;
- ask us to erase it, which we will do unless we must keep it for tax records or an open dispute;
- withdraw consent, after which we stop the processing that relied on it;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to;
- complain to our Grievance Officer, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Children
Our courses are for working professionals. We do not knowingly sell to or collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has made a purchase, contact us and we will refund it and delete the data.
7. Cookies and storage
The site sets no cookies of its own. The payment aggregator sets cookies needed to complete a payment when you open its screen. Your browser may store the last state you selected at checkout so you do not have to choose it again; this stays on your device.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Payment confirmation is verified with a signed message from the payment aggregator before any access is granted. Secrets are stored in the hosting provider’s encrypted configuration, not in code. Access to order data is limited to the people who handle support and accounts.
9. Changes
If we change what we collect or why, we update this page and its effective date, and notify active members by email.
